By requesting, receiving or activating the Steam Key provided to you (the “Key”), you expressly acknowledge and agree that: (1) the Key is issued exclusively to you and to any team members explicitly authorized in writing by the Provider; (2) you will not sell, transfer, sublicense, disclose, post, or otherwise distribute the Key or use it to create, access, or facilitate pirated, cracked, or unauthorized copies of the Game; (3) any violation of these conditions constitutes a material breach and may give rise to civil and criminal liability; and (4) the Provider may cancel the Key, seek all available remedies (including injunctive relief, monetary damages, restitution, and recovery of enforcement costs and attorneys’ fees), and report the conduct to law enforcement. By clicking “I Accept” you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts specified by the Provider.
1. Definitions
“Key” means the Steam activation code provided to the Recipient. “Recipient” means the individual or entity that requests, receives or uses the Key.
2. Permitted Use
The Key is licensed — not sold — to the Recipient solely for lawful personal use by the Recipient and by those team members explicitly authorized in writing by the Provider. Any use outside this scope is prohibited.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Without limitation, the Recipient shall not:
- sell, offer for sale, auction, list, broker, consign, rent, lease, transfer, sublicense, gift, post publicly, or otherwise distribute the Key or the Game to any third party;
- provide the Key to any person or service whose aim is redistribution, resale, or mass activation;
- use the Key to create, distribute, upload, post, or otherwise facilitate cracked, pirated, modified, or unauthorized copies of the Game;
- assist, encourage or conspire with others to commit any of the foregoing acts.
4. Consequences of Breach
The Recipient acknowledges that any breach of Section 3 will cause irreparable harm to the Provider for which monetary damages alone are insufficient. Accordingly, in addition to cancellation of the Key and termination of any related access, the Provider may seek injunctive relief, specific performance, statutory and/or actual damages, restitution, and reimbursement of all enforcement costs, including attorneys’ fees and litigation expenses. The Provider reserves the right to report criminal conduct to law enforcement and to cooperate with any criminal investigation.
5. Indemnity
The Recipient agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Provider and its affiliates from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the Recipient’s misuse of the Key or any violation of these terms.
6. Acknowledgement and Acceptance
By requesting, receiving or using the Key, the Recipient expressly acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted these terms and that violation thereof may give rise to civil and criminal liability. Acceptance of the Key signifies consent to enforcement actions described herein.
7. Governing Law and Venue
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey and any disputes shall be litigated in the competent courts of Istanbul, which the Recipient expressly accepts as having exclusive jurisdiction, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Severability
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
